Introduction:
PriboFast® Aflatoxin M1 Immunoaffinity columns is designed for the isolation and enrichment of aflatoxin M1 contained in food and biological fluid.
Antigen-antibody reaction is the principle of this product. Filling the columns with the packing materials that immobilized with aflatoxin M1 monoclonal antibodies. The targets in samples will specifically binding to the monoclonal antibody when passing the sample solution through the column, while impurities will be removed at the washing step with the washing buffer(usually water), and finally the aflatoxin M1 will be eluted and enriched with an elution buffer.
